The New York Times reports that Representative Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) has a novel solution for combating climate change: clear-cut all the trees in the rain forests. Yes, that's the solution he proposed in a Congressional hearing today, to the bewilderment of forestry experts also in attendance.I have crazies on the train, running the train...
